Experience Type

Students can complete training in brief suicide prevention intervention and receive additional didactics and supervision.

Supervision: There are ample opportunities to participate in tiered supervision, group case-based supervision

Consultation: Interdisciplinary peer teaching through an interactive weekly team meeting.

Limiting Factors Team meetings and didactics are Monday 1:00-2:30 and are mandatory. Other hours are flexible, and we will work with students to develop an individualized plan to enable desired experiences
Other Issues Students have one primary supervisor and will interact regularly with the other supervisor, interns, & psychiatry residents, peer support specialists, social workers, nursing, and postdocs through group supervision, team meetings, and co-therapy.
