The influence of stress on pain and obesity-related health and health behaviors; Mindfulness-based interventions for health and behavior change.

My research interests include:
1. Examining how stress influences health and engagement in health behaviors, especially those related to pain and obesity
2. Integrating technology and biological, physiological, or genetic measures with psychological and behavioral methods
3. The use of mindfulness-based interventions for health and behavior change
